ETKCompute.Cloud is a group of industry experts with many years of experience working for organizations such as Google, Salesforce, Amazon, Broadcom, and all of us are certified solutions architects in our field. Leveraging cloud, hybrid cloud, and on premises solutions to deliver results. Why would we start a dedicated game hosting company?
It took one bad experience in customer service to conclude it can be done better, and smarter. Data retention isn’t difficult but that proved to be the biggest pain point for a friend of ours. The ensuing conversation with their “Director” was something so jarring, that we concluded we had to do better for customers. Our goal is to provide an equitable business model for both ourselves and the customer. We are forward thinking, adapting and working with the latest technology and trends. From bare metal to the Cloud, we’re here to deliver an experience to your gaming community that has the expectation we are a vendor and not a nameless face behind a ticket queue.
